I am looking for any information on JAMES WILSON and MARY BANKHEAD CAMPBELL. He was born in Saltcoats Ayre Scotland in 1741 and died in !799 in VA. He married about 1783 Mary Bankhead Campbell. I think she may have been born in SC, and died in Ohio or LA. Their daughter Mary Bankhead Wilson born 21 Sep 1796 in VA died 19 Cot 1881 in New Orleans LA. Death record shows she was from VA. She married in Cincinnati OH, Daniel Julius Caswell a native of Kent CT. He died in New Orleans in 1839. Other children born to James Wilson and Mary Bankhead Campbell were. James Wilson William Wilson Margarita Elizabeth Wilson died in Cincinnati OH I believe that after the death of James Wilson his wife Mary married a man by the surname of Hartshome and they moved to Ohio.
