I am trying to prove that a Mary Baker married Peter Oatyar (1751-1834 Loudoun Co. Va). His children went by the name of Etcher. Anyone have this in their files? My only source at the moment is hearsay. I do have proof that he married a Mary reference the sale of some property in Shenandoah Co. Va.
