Hi List! I've written before, but thought I would write again. My mom and I were going over some notes the other day, and realized some new things. 1. Our ALEXANDERS families originated and moved from Loudoun together to other counties such as Clarke, and Frederick, etc. 2. Hathaway ALEXANDER is my third great grandfather, and was one of the families who moved with the others. He lived in Loudoun in 1810, and possible 1820. 3. We think that Hathaway was part of seven brothers who moved from Loudoun. Hathaway would have been the oldest. 4. We know that Hathaway, and his brothers had the same occupations. 5. We know that the ones we know about had the same religion, and the ones we know about were all Methodist. 6. We think that they connect with the John ALEXANDER who owned the land. This John had the same religion. He built a Methodist church, so that hd didn't have to go to it. Ok. I would love to share all my information. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! I would love to know about church records, and how you can access them through Loudoun County. Suzanne
