Tribby is certainly a Loudoun Co. name but I believe the same family came closer to DC. probably Arlington. The Tribby Optical Co was in Georgetown on "M" St through the middle 1900s. A descendent, Bill Tribby is /was with the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC.
