    3. I am looking for information about the following men: PHILIP L. PALMER - Known to have resided in Loudoun County in the early 1800s - may have been related to a Patsy Palmer who lived in Rockingham County in a household headed by her brother-in-law Robert Foster. ASHER PULLEN - Moved from Loudoun County to Nelson County, Kentucky and settled near Bardstown about 1810. Asher's son-in-law was Robert Johnston. JONATHAN REID - Came to Kentucky to conduct business for Philip L. Palmer (had his power of attorney). Jonathan's cousin was married to Samuel Wilson of Pendleton County, Kentucky. I would sincerely appreciate any information for any of the names above. Sherida Dougherty
