DEATHS - Mrs. George Fry, wife of the late George Fry, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Maud Booth Howe, near Lovettsville, August 12, about 9 o'clock. She was 60 years old and is survived by two sons, Luther and Bud, of Lovettsville, and by four daughters, Mrs. Nannie Shafer of Hagerstown, Mrs. Ida Green, Mrs Lottie Bartlett and Mrs. Minnie Harris, all of Lovettsville. She was buried in the Lutheran Church Cemetery, Thursday, August 14 at 10 o'clock. For those of you who plan to visit Lovettsville, and look for ancestors' burials--there are two cemeteries almost side by side. One is the old Lutheran Church cemetery (no longer active) and the other is the modern, public Lovettsville Union Cemetery (also very near the church).
