A while back someone was looking for Fort Loudoun, VA where children were born. Sorry I cannot figure out who it was or how long ago. I just ran across a reference to it on the Frederick County page: "Fort Loudoun was built here by Colonel George Washington in 1756-57". So perhaps you should be looking in Frederick Co, VA.
