Hi again, After studying my notes more closely I realized that I had found entries in Joan Peters' book on Fauquier births for the brother and sister of Anna (Anne) Elgin. There are entries for a Mary Adelaide Elgin and a Roger Elgin with their parents listed as W. L. Elgin and M. T. Elgin. I believe Mary Adelaide and Roger were Anna Elgin's older sister and brother. They are mentioned in her obituary which I have and also I remember hearing about them in family discussions. So, are W. L. Elgin and M. T. Elgin the parents of Anna Elgin Bell? And which names do the initials stand for? BTW, we used to call her Billie. Valerie
