Hi, One of my in-laws had a cousin named Anna Elgin of Washington, DC (m. Bell of TN). She died in 1984. Her brother, Roger, died in 1990 in The Plains, VA. There was also a sister in SC. Among other relatives she had nephews, Tom and William. I'd like to know who were her parents. I downloaded several Elgin files from WorldConnect/Ancestry that pertain to the Elgins of Loudoun and Fauquier counties, but can't quite figure who her parents were, for sure.
