Unfortunately, it isn't. Boggs is another one of those independent family names with their own sites. I do wonder if some of the census takers did cut the Boggess name "short" at times. The only way we ever know for sure is by knowing the person we're looking for is in a certain area at a given time and the data fits that person. Thanks for asking, Gayle
