See their website at: http://www.willowbend.net/default.asp Birth/death registration by the counties was not required in Virginia until 1853, and was discontinued from mid-1896 to mid-1911, after which time the State of Virginia issued birth/death certificates. Books on the birth and death registers of Loudoun are available at Willow Bend Books. Books are also available through Willow Bend Books on Loudoun County marriages up to 1880.
