Hi, The best info I have found on the BURSON family is at Thos. Balch Library. A man named Marsteller has compiled a booklet that has traced our BURSONs from Pennsylvania. They were Quakers who broke off and moved to Virginia in the 1700s. The fine and helpful staff at Balch will help you. Good luck.
