For those who are interested in the division lines for Cameron Parish, here are the 10 Jul 1820 entries from the Loudoun Co Order Books appointing people to procession the county and divide into districts. Processioning was done every four years to agree on property boundary lines. Cameron Parish: No. 1 beginning at Cox's mill road then along the parish line to Fauquier line then with that line to Carter's Mill road then along Carter's Mill road to the Gumspring then up the road to the beginning. Aris Buckner, Geo. B. Whiting & Jas. Allen appointed to see the processioning performed. No. 2 beginning on Goose Creek at Thompson's Mill then up the Creek to the road at Cox's Mill then down the road to the Gumspring then down broad run to where it crosses Thompson's Mill road then up said road to the beginning. Wm. Ellzey, Chas. Stoven & Peter Oatyer appointed to see the processioning performed. No. 3 beginning at the Potowmack river & mouth of Broad run then up Potowmack to the mouth of Goose Creek thence up Goose Creek to Thompson's Mill road to where it crosses broad run thence down broad run to the beginning. Silas Rees, Patrick H. Douglas & Ludwell Lee appointed to see the processioning performed. No. 4 beginning at broad run against Thomas Collin's then up broad run to the Gumspring then along the road that leads from the Gumspring to Carter's Mill then down bull run to Landon Carter's Quarter then to Cub Run by John Berkley's then up Cub Run to Askren's then up the path that leads near Gess' to the beginning. Jas. Lewis, Geo. Hutchison & Benj. James appointed to see the processioning performed. No. 5 beginning where the old church road crosses broad run then up the run agst Thomas Collins' then down the path that lead from John Gess' to Cub Run (including Thos. Askren) then up said run to James Lane's Spring branch to the Church road then up said road to frying pan spring then along the road leading to the New Church to Abraham Lay's then along Horseman's path to the beginning. John Hutchison, John Moxley & David Lewis appointed to see the processioning performed. No. 6 beginning at the mouth of Sugarland Run then up Potowmack to the mouth of Broad run then up broad run to where it crosses the Church road (including Wm. Horseman's) then to the path that leads from said Horseman's to where it crosses the road by Abraham Lay's then with the road leading from the New church to sugarland run then down the said run to the beginning.
