My great grandfather, Dr. James Tasker Jones, first practiced medicine in Ryan, VA, where my grandfather, Towner Francis Jones, was born in 1897.  I believe he house was located near the old 5 Corners Road, but I suspect it has since been torn down. Would Agnes Readmond know the exact names of the websites to which you refer in your recent email?  I thought I might be able to take a look.  I have an old photo of the home, but no address!! Also, does anyone know of any websites specializing in the Northern Neck area?  Dr. Jones' father, Lindsey M. Patti, Checked with one of my sources this am, she's in her 90's but remembers that the house two doors down from her was known as the ' Dr, Jones house'. Will go by this week to get a picture and you can compare it to yours. it's in Ashburn, which is just a few miles from Ryan. Its a realtors office now, Remax , I believe, but it's still standing!
