I am pretty sure she died in Loudoun, because Travis sold his property and moved to Frederick County, where he remarried a couple of years later. All of their children were born in Loudoun. They possibly got married in Fairfax, and she could have been from a totally differnt place. One person shows her father as Henry Wise who did have a daughter named Mary, but who didn't in those days? I have Travis Payne in Loudoun from 1818-1847 on various records.
