I thought that it was interesting that there was this dispute between the counties and that it took so long to resolve. This may explain a discrepancy on birth. Thanks to one of the "Listers", I have a copy of a Rust family Land suit. This record was found in FREDERICK Co. VA archives. Yet the land was in both Loudoun and Fauquier Counties.
