Dear Jamie, Suggest you call the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Leesburg and see if they will look at their index for your man. If there is still proerty owned in PA, the will might also have been filed there, so call the Clerk in Bucks County as well. Also, search the Genforum message boards, the ancestry/roiotsweb message boards, the USGenWeb to see if anyone has possibly transcribed as will and sent it online. Hope some of this helps.
