James Spencer Sr. appears in Fairfax Co. 1749 and 1767 in Louduon Co.I believe he died in Wood Co.Va.[ now West Virginia] but, can not find a date or a will. James Sr. has sons James Jr. John, William and Moses. Help Please, Sondra
