    3. No will for any Benjamin Myers listed in "Index to Loudoun Co Wills 1757-1850 by Hutchison. "Loudoun Co Will Book Abstracts, Books A-Z, Dec 1757 - Jun 1841" by Pat Duncan shows an appraisal/inventory of a long list of store items returned to the Court 10 Oct 1796, a sale of 9 May 1797 and a settlement account of 11 Feb 1799 with Elizabeth Myers the Administrator which mentions the widow and nine unnamed children.
