She married John Broomcots 10 Jan 1837 in Loudoun Co. according to Ancestry.com Virginia Marriages 1740-1850. Catherine is the daughter of George Cooper born 14 Feb 1770 Loudoun Co., VA and died 18 Aug 1846 in Loudoun Co. He married Anna Maria Edelmann 11 Oct 1796. She was born 12 Aug 1774 and died 16 Feb 1858 in Loudoun Co. George is the son of Michael Cooper born 20 Jun 1742 in Fairfax Co., VA (Loudoun Co., was formed from Fairfax Co., in 1757), Michael died 19 Feb 1815 in Loudoun Co. He married Anna Catherine (unknown). She was born abt 1743 and died 05 Jun 1834. I don't have any thing on John Broomcots(Bumcrots). Catherine in not in my direct line, however, if I come across anything on John and his family, I'll let you know. If you have any further questions, let me know.
