    3. Good Afternoon, I am tring to find a Will. I understand that there is a Book with Virginia Wills. Is there anyuone who posses such a Book? Or is it only available at the libraries? The Will I am looking for is for Nicholas Phillips (or Philips) He died in 1786 Virginia. He had children that were born in Leesburg, Loudoun County, Peter born 1768 and John Nicholas born 1775. I live in California and can't get to Virginia to look at the Libraries there. If anyone can help, I would be most grateful. Thank you, Barbara Ann Phillips bphil1@earthlink.net
