Betty, I found my William. After 10 years of searching...I found him ! ....He was married to Amanda J. Frazier...they are / were in the Rockingham County area. I was sent their death certificates. Once I saw who the parents were, I knew that this was my William.... Thank you for the kindness. I am in seventh Heaven right now !
