    3. Ellen Sherbs Jameson asked about earlier newspaper abstracts. The marriage and death notices from the "Genius of Liberty" 1817 - 1843 were published by Northern Virginia Genealogy in 2005. You may contact me for price & shipping info. The Genius of Liberty copies were in a private home. We didn't extract every piece of data, as I suspect Pat did for her later abstracts. There are sporadic earlier newspaper editions for Loudoun Co. Many have been indexed by the staff at Balch library. You can always contact the library for a search of its newspaper indexes. And someone there would probably search the Genius of Liberty for you, too. 3. Marty, You mention that your book on the Genius of Liberty did not include every piece of data - do you know if an index covering all the newspaper was ever compiled and if so where it might be found? I am interested in articles or ads that would be found in Loudoun newspapers prior to 1830. Thank you for any help you can offer and I'd like to mention that I really do miss your NVG books!
