The Frederick County Archives and Research Center is pleased to offer First Wednesday Genealogy, a genealogy discussion and help group for researchers. Beginning June 4, The group will meet from 10-12 a.m. the first Wednesday of each month in the library reading room at the Historical Society, 24 East Church St. Frederick, MD, public parking deck across the street. Researchers are invited to meet with local genealogist Bob Fout to work on research issues or to share insights, after which time participants are welcome to stay to continue their research. This program is offered free of charge to Historical Society of Frederick County members. For non members, the usual $3.00 daily research fee will apply. Reservations are not necessary.
