I havent had any messages in some time but thought perhaps it was just me. I find ancestry technical support less than favorable. I tried for weeks to put a new family tree on their site but it wouldn't upload. I kept getting an error message. I had lengthy correspondence with Ancestry all to no avail. They finally stopped answering me. Last weekend I figured it out myself. If you are using the browser Safari, it doesn't work with Ancestry to upload a tree. Good to know! You would think they would have asked me that question...... I was told sometime ago they are short of employees. Maybe money is tight as with everything else!
