On Saturday I posted a notice about two Hamilton bank ledger books at auction on ebay. This is to let list members know that a person has offered to bid on this book and donate it to Balch Library. Thanks to others who contacted me privately offering to do the same. Balch is looking forward to providing researchers with this resource if that bidder wins the auction. If anyone finds other such items on auction at any time that would enhance the Balch Library collection, please email me directly.
