John Fishback, deputy clerk and archivist of Loudoun has posted several indexes to various collections of loose papers under his care. You can find the indexes on the Loudoun County Clerk's site. Those who like URLs can try this: http://www.loudoun.gov/Default.aspx?tabid=1062#vault I prefer to use the browser and type: Clerk of the Circuit Court + Loudoun. When you arrive at the page with Gary Clemens' picture on it, look over on the left, in the blue side bar click on "Archives" and have fun! When you find the list of indices, remember to search for variant spellings--you'll see some you never dreamed of, especially on the Commonwealth (criminal) cases.
