Has anyone heard of James Carlisle of Loudoun County, VA who lived there pre- 1800?

Pat, could you tell me if the surname HOLDER is listed in the "Index to the 1782-1850 Loudon Co. Personal Property Tax Lists" by Pat Duncan? If so, would you list them for me? And what does the Capital letter, ie 1787A, after the year mean?
