    3. Does anyone have any info on a Robert Thompson? He was born abt 1804 supposedly in Loudoun somewhere. He died in 1876 in Leavenworth, KS. He married a woman named Mary. They had 8 children that I know of: Sarah (b. abt 1832), Samuel (b. abt 1834), Margaret (b. abt 1836), Morgan (b. abt 1838), Ann (b. abt 1840), Andrew Jackson (b. 1843), Lucy (b. abt 1844), Martha (b. abt 1848). Any info about his birth and especially his parents would be greatly appreciated. HELP!!

    3. There is a Robert J.C.Thompson in the book of Loudoun Co marriage bonds, who m Eliza Steadman 28 Jan 1834. Sec. Parkerson L. Lott, who test. ages of both. If he was b in 1804,he could be your Robert. Lots of Thompsons listed but no other Robert. Linda

At the library, there is a map called: Section C - Loudoun County Virginia Original Land Grants in Six Section by Nellie Schreiner-Yantis On the map, it states that this is the first map in a series of six maps begin prepared showing the original land grants. Has Section B been completed? Do you know the cost?
