Hello List for Loudoun County, Virginia. Can anyone tell me how to find my great grandfather's birth certificate? He was Henry TAYLOR and he was born on February 18, 1824 in Leesburg. His parents were Thomas and Penelope RICHARDS TAYLOR. His father Thomas TAYLOR was also born in Loudoun Co. on February 10, 1783 to Thomas and Sarah MUSGROVE TAYLOR.
