Source: Draper Manuscript 7E p. 73 A letter written May 18, 1867 by James Evans of Morgantown, West Virginia states "My father was born in Loudoun Co., Virginia Dec 9, 1738." He moved in 1768 to near Morgantown, West Virginia. He died May 1834. -- This is not my family; but Draper Manuscripts frequently contain incredible family information buried within these hundred-plus microfilms.
