Sondra , There is still a Gum Springs Road in Loudoun county , it runs from Evergreen Mills Road in Arcola to Sudley Road . I have a map and the only Methodist Church that I see close by , is Arcola United Methodist . Its near the corner of Gum Springs and Evergreen Mills .
