Lois, The 1820 Index online at GenealogyLibrary.com does list location and page. Locations like "Aldie, Waterford, Leesburg, Hillsborough, and Middleburg." I would read these as county districts rather than actual town limits; in other words, the location given for a head of household living in or near Lovettsville might be "Waterford." That is, is it know if certain pages are the Waterford residents; certain pages are Leesburg residents or in what parish these people may reside. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
