    1. [VALOUDOU-L] More Hutchison data
    2. Anne, For your records: George Hutchison died Nov. 17 1823 Esther his wife died Dec. 12 1827 Their three children were Melville Barbour Huchison, Catherine Barbour Hutchison and 9I believe that his first name was Quincy but he referred to himself as) Pickering Hutchison. Pickering ran a store in the present day Arcola/ Pleasant Valley area. He kept a ledger... most of the dates that I am giving you are from that ledger(in the old days storekeepers keptsuch entries as the back of their account Ledgers. Most of the names in the ledger are relatives or neighbors. Llewellan son of Geo. and first wife Eizabeth was married 2 times first to Sallie Timms and Second to Julia F . Ambler his second cousin once removed. He died in June 1844 leaving his wife Julia with 2 small dau. and a 14 year old son George Henry from first marr. George W. Hutchison was born Feb 6 1829 . His sibling John and Elizabeth were twins. I have a note that says" John W. Hutchison was married 19 day of Febr. 1854 and the large snow fell on the 20th day of February 1854. If thisis George W's brother then he was married twice within 2 months... unlikely. There were lots of Hutchison's with all the same names. I have dates of birth for all the children of Andrew and Maria . Let me know if you want them I have the same date of birth for Sarah Frances Hutchison. By the way a photocopy of this ledger is in the Virginia Room in the Fairfax Library Let me now if there is anything else you need. I have been very fortunate over the years and many people have shared data with me. Susan

    3. I want to thank Susan (SUZYBC), Carol Adams & Pat Duncan for their help with my HUTCHISON family query. Here is what I have put together with their help and some other sources. I'm getting closer to finding out the relationships between the HUTCHISON's & the BRADSHAW's. I have eliminated the sources for this mailing because they amounted to another page and a half. So just disregard the source #'s in the text. If someone would like a copy of the sources just let me know. Thank you all very much! I have been here, but using another address to monitor the mail. I have scanned and rescanned, my computer, I am as sure as i can be that i am virus free. Please do not attack our fellow list members, as they are not aware that their mailbox has been attacked until after the fact. If you have coments, please refer them to me. If you get a virus, and need help to remove it, i'm here for you, i will try to help. I have a set of instructions for removing the virus, but i prefer not to post it to the list, MY thinking is that if they can create a virus, they can corrupt the fix message. I'm here, but am refraining from sending a lot of messages till this goes away. LET us stand together and fight this virus war. WE WILL WIN... Rena List adm. The URL for the Floyd County, Va. Wright/Beall Connection Bronwen - Please forgive my delay in replying. Thanks so much for the information which you sent. I am in almost continual contact with Susan McIntyre and have shared information with Sue Beach...working on the descendants of Anthony Wright. Although I am a descendant through Anthony Wright of near Waterford (whose origins were in Bucks Co., Pa), my lineage is through other than the line involving Susan Byrne. We are attempting to document the Wrights in the Loudoun Co., Virginia area. Just out of curiosity, would you suppose that those black Wrights in the area of Waterford were descendants of Anthony Wright or his sons through slaves? Just from my memory, I do recall that Anthony had at least one slave. And in other branches of the Wright family, there was at least one instance of a male Wright owning numerous slaves (per Loudoun Co Deed Book). 3. Bronwen - Please forgive my delay in replying. Thanks for sharing your information Lois --- John and Bronwen Souders <souders_j@mediasoft.net> wrote: > Marty, Lois and others, > > Whew! This is starting to get complicated!
