My sister has used Norton forever and loves it. I personally like AVG - it has NEVER let me down. Has caught everything that has come into my mailbox AND it was a free download. It has caught everything BEFORE I even open the email. It always a good idea if you use OE to set your preferences where you have to actually highlight each email to open it. It helps to keep that pesky KAK worm at bay since that is the one that doesn't need an attachment, the virus is in the body of the email.
