My people lived near Trading Creek and I have a wonderful map at home that I got at the Lee County Library that shows all the creek drainages. It's in the NW part of the county. According to the GNIS system, 15 ni NE of Rose Hill. Any SCOTTs or BURGINs from this part of Lee County? Mine left for Indiana in 1833..... Is the area of Trading Creek still known as Trading Creek or has it like so many other places been renamed something different? This is one of the obstacles that I keep running into. Norma
