I recently made a flying trip through part of Lee County and took these pics in the cemetery at Pennington Gap; I think it may be the Cecil Cemetery though I'm not sure. If anyone would like a copy of the photos please ask. The stones have full dates but I am only listing the years to save typing. Vanette ELY Elizabeth Day 1887-1935 Rev. C. Vanette, Please send me the photos. Is it OK if I put them on a Picasa web album and share them with my Miracle Roots myfamily.com site? If not that is OK. I have about three cemeteries on there with some photos, not the whole cemetery. I think I have Cubbage in Bell County, Tackett Hill and I can't remember the others right now. Vanette, I found a family file that said John H. Pennington was buried in the Cecil Cemetery so you are correct.
