Carter, What works for me is to type the number in the little window then hit enter. Another thing I figured out for just browsing when I have no idea where the family is, is once it barely starts to load, I change the zoom from 200 (at least that is the default that I'm getting) to 100 and it loads a lot faster. I'm on dial-up so it might not matter much if you have something else. Sometimes the image is good enough on 100 that I don't need to change it to 200 to read it. Then again, sometimes they're so bad that nothing helps, lol! Hope this solves your problem. Vanette
