Looking around I am finding a number of Hall families of whom are not directly related, and, they semed to have a yearning to venture into Kentucky. Perry County is an example. The Rev War Pension application of a John Hall, who was age 79 in October 1832 who was then living in Perry County, states he was from Pittsylvania County Va.
