Hello All: It has been busy around the Hills and Hollers website since the last update notice. We have added photos of Coke Ovens in Wise County, VA, fifteen more Lee County, VA historical pictures, a couple of biographies on the Fallen Miner Memorial page, a photo of the L and N Railroad, article reprints from the Appalachian Quarterly magazine, familylines and recollections of the Hicks family, the newest edition of the Old Timers Mining magazine and last but not least, the weekly statistics from the search engine so I know what everyone is looking for.
