Going forward in time the next pair is John Parsons b.1755 in Surry Co.,N.C. and Mary Simmons b. N.C.and that's all for her. John appears on the tax rolls in 1810 North Carolina. They were Married in 1780 N.C. You take off with James Parsons, John's brother. Mine goes next to Samuel Parsons and Phoeby Pennington. the next is Joseph Parsons and Margaret Pennington and by now they are jumping over to Jackson Co.,Ky. Their son, Elijah Parsons and Anne Jane Edwards are still in Jackson Co.,Ky. The families are living in clusters on one farm. One doing the farming the rest doing gods work. My Great grandfather the Rev. Joseph Gilpin Parsons Married Elizabeth Ann Edwards,1878 in Lee Co.,Va. and had Roselee Parsons b.1890. This shows that they were still in contact with Lee Co.
