Since the states are so close TN>VA> I thought I might try this. My ggrandmother was Rhoda Whitaker b abt 1866. She married LaFayette England son of William England and Lydia Lambert. I have found her only one time in the census in Claiborne CO TN at the age of 14 living with a Sarah Whitaker 55.
