I am trying to identify the parents of Mary Shepard who married William S. Wells in Lee Co 3 Nov 1853. William was the son of William and Susan Ward Wells. The only parent listed for Mary was Nancy Shepard. William and Mary Shepard Wells are my great grandparents and William died in Kentucky. Any help on identifying Mary's parents would be greatly appreciated.
