Carol (and other interested folks), I have lots of ROBBINS, PENNINGTONS, and PARSONS who married into my HOBBS line from western VA counties. Do you have Elizabeth ROBBINS b. abt. 1775 who married John ASHCRAFT b. 1772? I don't have anything more on either of them except for their children. Their line eventually married into my ROTH and CRISS lines in WV. I'm also interested in PENNINGTONs who migrated to Jackson County, MO. One was Susannah PENNINGTON, daughter of Edward, who m. Abraham CHRISMAN. The CHRISMAN's were bankers in Independence, MO where I live. I'm finding that a number of families came from Lee Co. to Jackson Co., MO and I'm trying to find out how I may be related to them.
