    1. [VALEE] Sarah Bishop vs Sarah Wassum m Andrew Love
    2. Sandra McBride
    3. Janice, I agree. There is a marriage record for Sarah Wassum and Andrew Love. I have searched for a marriage record for a Sarah Bishop to a Wassum but haven't found any. I had the name Bishop many years ago from a family Bible and from older relatives so I am relatively sure that was her maiden name. I had not heard of the name Wassum until I found the marriage record. In 1860 (Lee County) Andrew and Sarah were living next door to Frances Bishop who was born in Claiborne County, TN. He was two years younger than Sarah and I have wondered if he was her brother. If anyone has a clue to this mystery, I sure would be interested.
