Peggy, I have looked in the first volume of Lee County Settlers and found many pages on Stewarts. The name was also spelled: Stuards and Stuarts. Can you supply a year and maybe a first name? I would be glad to see if I have the information in the cemetery record books. I only have volume two and three. Volume one contains vast information on settlers of Lee County. You may want to ask for those records also. I also have the Bi-centennial book of Lee County. Glad to help. You may want to contact Edgar Cress.
