I am looking for Pearl Noe born 1882 in Hubbard Springs, Lee Co., Virginia I need to know who Pearl Noe's Parents were. Pearl Noe died in 1950 in Harlan Co., Ky. He was Chief of Police of Harlan at one time. He had a son named Will Pat Noe.
