Am wonderin' if anyone on the list is a descendant or researcher of Milia Magalene Woods (born 1888/ died Knox Co., KY) and her brother Richard Woods (born 1890/died 1960, probably VA). Milia married William Winfield Scott in about 1905 (place unknown. VA/KY?) Son Willie married Rosie Ely. A daughter Eva married Cecil Miracle. Daughter Sally married James Welch. And another daughter Oma married a Mr. Garrett. Richard Woods married Elizabeth Baker after 1910. (Place unknown). A Lee Co., VA cemetery book states Elizabeth was the daughter of a John and Mary Baker. Have no other info on Elizabeth. Richard and Elizabeth are both laid to rest at the Morgan Cemetery at Rose Hill. Two of their children were born in Harlan Co., KY---Ira and Opal. But they also had children Grant, Jesse, Ruby, and Margaret.....but I don't know where they were born. Anyone know of a researcher who lives in Lee Co who would be able to obtain obits for me?
