I am a Ward descendant.? We've run into a DNA situation with Daniel Ward.? Seeking proof of the parents of Samuel, William, & Celia Ward of Lee county records.? Hoping soomething will be in the death registry.? Problem to be solved is whether or not our Daniel Ward was the Daniel married to Anna Curtis and his parents. Lee County Death records show his parents as Sarah & Samuel Ward though I have found no record of them in Ashe County. I believe it is a mistake in the death register and that his parents are Benjamin and Selah Ward.?
