Hi All, I believe the 75 year copyright law only applies to items produced after 1977 unless the owner has renewed the copyright. You can check that out at the Patten Office web site. I don't know it right now, but I did check into the law when I was trying to find out if the books "Early Settlers of Lee County Virginia" could be reproduced. Those books do fall under the 75 year law and can not be reproduced unless the current owner gives permission. Hope this helps. Braydic@aol.com
